2.1. Consultations
In order to produce your astrological birth chart and report, we may need your personal information such as name, birth date, birth time and birth location. We may also collect information such as your telephone number and email address to provide you with information about our promotions and latest product offerings.
2.2. Customer service
In order for our customer service officers to respond to your enquiries promptly, we may need personal information like your name, email address and telephone number.
2.3. Mailing list
When you register with us to receive updates of our latest products and services, we may need your personal information such as your address and email address so that we could update you promptly on our latest offerings.
2.4. Promotional events, Talks and Roadshows
When you participate in our promotional events, Talks or Roadshows, we may request personal information so that we could identify you to follow up on enquiries. This personal information will only be used in the ways set out in this policy. 8.1 YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. In addition, Vimeo will receive your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo when you visit our plugin or do not have a Vimeo account.
